About Us

The company of tw-elektric was founded in 1974 by Mr. Horst Mueller. With more than 34 years of experience in printed circuit board (PCB) production we are proud of the performance we can offer you.

Our aim is to satisfy you with quality, price policy and adherence to schedules. To reach this aim we personally do our best to process your individually customized orders. Thanks to our optimized time management we are able to produce PCBs within 3 workdays. General patterns are produced within 5 and 7, the standard service in 12 working days.

Ever-improving quality procedures allow us to keep the demanded quality during every single production step. Furthermore we are able to take countermeasures if necessary.

All our PCBs are produced in our home company in Furtwangen-Rohrbach, Black Forrest. However, with a few steps like chemical tin, chemical silver, chemical nickel/gold, galvanic gold, connector galvanic hard gold and the digitization of your films we help our self with outsourcing. At this point we guarantee that we do not run PCB production in any low-income country at any time.

For years we cooperate with trustable partners who execute these services with highest priority and carefulness. These partners are selected carefully according to our quality guidelines and policies.

Our PCB production orientates strictly towards the norm of the PCB industry called “Perfag” which can be ordered at Leuze-Verlag in Bad Saulgau, Germany.

Our current production main focus with about 60 % is on the two-layer PCB. With a percentage of 35 % in multilayer production we experience an upward trend in multilayer PCBs. The remaining 5 % are single layer PCBs.

We are a medium-sized, successful company with about 105 employees at the moment and a volume of over 10 million Euros. We are always pursuing to expand our level and due to globalisation open up new markets. Concerning that the UL 94 V-0 certification might have a positive effect.

In general we deliver and charge +/- 10 % based on the order quantity. Our standard is to deliver with postage and packing in addition. Our term of payment is 10 days 2%, 30 days net.
